# April 29 - Compose an Eight-Minute Piece

## Focus
Use everything learned so far to make a structured composition, not an experiment.

## Modules
Use the modules that proved strongest over the last four weeks

## Manuals To Skim
Revisit only the modules that appear in your final composition patch

## 60-Minute Plan
1. `0:00-0:10` Sketch an eight-minute arc with timestamps.
2. `0:10-0:25` Build the full patch around one drum backbone and one pad backbone.
3. `0:25-0:40` Rehearse transitions and macro moves instead of sound design.
4. `0:40-0:55` Perform the full piece once without stopping.
5. `0:55-1:00` Write a brutal but useful critique of the take.

## Questions
- Where did the energy sag?
- Which section overstayed its welcome?
- Did the pad evolve enough to justify its duration?
- Were the drums complex in a memorable way or just busy?
- What single edit would improve the piece most?
