# April 4 - Probability With Intent

## Focus
Add instability without losing the groove's identity.

## Modules
Mutable Instruments Marbles, Mutable Instruments Branches, Noise Engineering Numeric Repetitor, Noise Engineering Integra Funkitus, Pam's Pro Workout

## Manuals To Skim
Marbles, Branches, Numeric Repetitor, Integra Funkitus

## 60-Minute Plan
1. `0:00-0:10` Start from yesterday's best rhythm.
2. `0:10-0:25` Use Branches or Pam's probability on one supporting voice only.
3. `0:25-0:40` Add Marbles or Numeric Repetitor to generate a second unstable layer.
4. `0:40-0:55` Tune the system so the kick remains legible while upper percussion evolves.
5. `0:55-1:00` Record two takes: one too stable, one too unstable, and decide where the sweet spot sits.

## Questions
- Which part of the pattern should never be probabilistic?
- Does randomness make the groove more alive or less memorable?
- Are you hearing variation at the phrase level or just step-level noise?
- Which module gives you the most controllable uncertainty?
- What parameter changes make the groove tense rather than messy?
