Atlantix Atlx Expander Manual PDF
A quick reference for using the Atlx expander with the Atlantix synthesizer voice.
The Atlx is an expander for the Intellijel Atlantix. It provides 16 additional jacks, focusing on more oscillator and filter outputs, plus an analog ring modulator section. No additional power is required (passive).
| Function | Jack Label | Type | Description | Voltage Range |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| X Input | X In | Input | Ring modulator input X | ±5V (audio typical) |
| Y Input | Y In | Input | Ring modulator input Y | ±5V (audio typical) |
| Ring Out | RING Out | Output | Ring modulated output (X*Y) | ±10V max out |
| Filter: Lowpass | Lowpass | Output | Lowpass filter output | Audio, max ±10V |
| Filter: Highpass | Highpass | Output | Highpass filter output | Audio, max ±10V |
| Filter: Bandpass | Bandpass | Output | Bandpass filter output | Audio, max ±10V |
| Filter: Phazor | Phazor | Output | Phase-shifted filter output | Audio, max ±10V |
| Osc A: Sine | Sine | Output | Oscillator A: Pure sine wave | Audio/±5V typical |
| Osc A: Triangle | Triangle | Output | Oscillator A: Triangle wave | Audio/±5V typical |
| Osc A: Saw | Saw | Output | Oscillator A: Sawtooth wave | Audio/±5V typical |
| Osc A: Square | Square | Output | Oscillator A: Square w/ PWM | Audio/±5V typical |
| Osc A: Sub | Sub | Output | Oscillator A: Sub-square (-1 oct) | Audio/±5V typical |
| Osc B: Sine | Sine | Output | Oscillator B: Pure sine wave | Audio/±5V typical |
| Osc B: Triangle | Triangle | Output | Oscillator B: Triangle wave | Audio/±5V typical |
| Osc B: Saw | Saw | Output | Oscillator B: Sawtooth wave | Audio/±5V typical |
| Osc B: Square | Square | Output | Oscillator B: Square wave | Audio/±5V typical |
Note: Some waveform outputs are summed or duplicated in jack groupings, but both A & B are available.
Atlx is strictly an expander: it does not feature its own knobs, switches, buttons, or sliders.
All controls are on the main Atlantix module.
